Security Tokens
Security Tokens for Business Online PLUS
Business Online PLUS offers additional funds transfer capabilities which require a higher level of security. Security Tokens will be issued to our customers performing these higher risk transactions.
What is a Security Token?
A Security Token is a small portable device that generates a one-time password to use each time you log in to Business Online PLUS. This password is unique to your account and it changes every 32 seconds for your protection.
How do I enroll?
When you sign up for Business Online PLUS you will work with an account representative from The RiverBank to determine your Business’ online security needs. You may have multiple employees performing Online banking functions. Each employee will be enrolled with Online Enhanced Security or will be issued a Security Token.
Once you have received your token, log in to Business Online PLUS using your regular Access ID and Password. From the menu, select OPTIONS, and then ENABLEMENT. You will be guided through the enablement process.
