Each time you log on to Mobile Banking, a new One Time Password is delivered by a text message to your mobile phone.

Follow the instructions below if you need to request a new One Time Password:

  1. Launch your browser
  2. Go to www.theriverbank.com/mb.php (save this URL in your favorites or as a bookmark)
  3. Choose "One Time Password"
  4. Enter your Access ID
  5. Submit
  6. In a few moments you will receive a text message with a new One Time Password and link
