What is Online Banking?
Online Banking lets you use a personal computer and telephone line (modem) to conduct your banking through the Internet, including checking balances, transferring money, paying bills and more.

How much does Online Banking cost?
Online Banking is FREE.

What are the software and hardware requirements?
All you need to use Online Banking is a secure browser and any computer that accesses the Internet. Click here to access information regarding supported browser version levels. Online Banking is best viewed when your screen resolution is set to 1024 x 768.

How do I sign up for Online Banking?
Customers with accounts at The RiverBank may sign up for Online Banking by completing the Online Banking application. For more information, please e-mail us or call (888) 294-2183. Apply Now.

How do I log on to Online Banking for the first time?
At our website click on Online Banking Log-In. Choose "First Time User Information", then enter your Access ID and Password and Submit. This will bring you to the Change Password screen where you will be instructed to enter a new Access ID and Password (follow the format required at the bottom of the screen).

How do I change my password?
To change your password at anytime, click the "Change Password" link (found by clicking the "User Options" button.)

What happens if I forget my Online Banking password?
Click on the Forgot Password link and enter your Access ID.  Your current Password will be emailed to you at a pre-defined e-mail address (defined in your caller record).  When you log in, you will be forced to change your Password for security reasons. 

Do I use the same Access ID and Password for Online Banking that I use for Telebank?
Your Usercode is the same for Online Banking and Telebank. However, Online Banking requires you to create a new alphanumeric case-sensitive password at your first logon. This password is for Online Banking only. Your Telebank password does not change.

How do I properly exit / quit Online Banking?
To properly exit / quit Online Banking you must click on the exit button.
