e-Alerts
The eAlert service will automatically be activated for all Online Banking Customers. Please review the Terms and Conditions and the New Product Announcement messages to learn more about this new service.
eAlerts from Central Bank enables you to monitor your accounts in a whole new way. Our eAlert service provides free electronic notification of your account activity for Online Banking customers.
You are in control of the types of eAlerts you receive and the frequency of notifications. Set up your accounts to receive eAlerts when:
- Your account balance goes above or below your pre-selected amount.
- A Checking / Savings deposit is made.
- A Check or Savings withdrawal posts to your account.
- An interest payment is made to your Certificate of Deposit.
- Your Certificate of Deposit matures.
- Your Loan payment is due.
eAlerts Are Free
There is no fee for the eAlert service and there is no limit to the number of eAlerts you can create.
eAlerts Are Fast
The eAlert service monitors your account 24 hours a day and periodically (based on the type of template) sends notification of account events you've selected.
Create Your eAlerts Today:
- Log on to Online Banking.
- In the Messages box click "New" and select an eAlert from the list of available templates.
- Complete the eAlert template and Submit. (Note: To receive your eAlert via text message on your cell phone enter your wireless carrier's e-mail suffix in the e-mail address field.)
- Each time this event takes place you will receive an e-mail or text message to alert you of the event.
Important Information You Should Know
Please note:
- eAlerts do not prevent account events from occuring.
- Certain alerts are issued only once per account event you select and some alerts are recurring. (see detailed eAlert Template List)
- eAlerts c annot be guaranteed to be issued or arrive within a certain time period of any account event.
While we make every effort to deliver the eAlert notifications you select in the most timely manner available, the unpredictable nature of unsecured Internet communication prevents us from being responsible in any way if notification is received late or not at all.
